We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills.\nResponsibilities:\nAdminister Workday Learning platform, including user management, course scheduling, and reporting\nManage incoming learning-related inquiries and service requests through ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service\nAssist employees with navigating learning resources, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance\nPartner with learning colleagues to further the evolution of learning approaches, governance, and sustainment\nContinuously evaluate and optimize learning processes to enhance the overall learning experience for employees\nLocation and other key details:\nThis is an office-based role.
