Candidates with less experience, including recent graduates, may be considered where they demonstrate strong portfolio quality, technical aptitude and learning agility\nDemonstrated ability to quickly learn business operations, stakeholder needs, processes and technical subject matter\nWorking knowledge of instructional-design principles and the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning solutions; familiarity with ADDIE or related approaches is an asset\nStrong written communication and ability to organize complex information clearly\nDemonstrated visual and digital-design judgment\nAbility to learn new software and technical tools quickly\nExperience working with subject matter experts or business stakeholders\nExperience with Articulate 360, Vyond animation, Adobe Creative Suite, digital authoring, other multimedia/video production or AI-enabled tools is an asset\nThrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and contributes positively to team culture\nDon’t have all the qualifications listed? We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain digital and instructor-supported learning solutions using established learning standards and processes\nClarify requirements, organize source information and translate business content into practical learning solutions\nManage assigned learning projects of defined scope, including timelines, testing and implementation\nDevelop learning assets using appropriate authoring, multimedia and digital-development tools\nSupport quality assurance, testing, maintenance and continuous improvement of existing learning products\nDevelop proficiency with emerging learning technologies, including AI-enabled development tools\nContribute ideas and observations to team process improvement and learning-design discussions\nLead the investigation and resolution of process-related system issues and implement continuous improvement solutions\nLocation and other key details:\nThis is an office-based role.
