We also help you save for your future by offering pension programs, and savings plans with company matching\nBenefits: utilize an employee assistance program and comprehensive company-paid health, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family to support your mental, physical, and financial well-being\nGenerous time-off: enjoy generous paid vacation time and personal time-off to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance\nTalent development programs: Internal mobility, succession planning, and employee training and development programs are just a few ways we’re dedicated to your development\nKey Accountabilities:\nIdentify and manage all factors relevant to achieving safe, environmentally responsible, and cost-effective mechanical maintenance plans\nImprove resource productivity by identifying mechanical availability while minimizing costs for the equipment and ensuring that safety is built into every work order\nWork closely with various teams to develop seamless interfaces between functions, to enable the safe, consistent, and reliable planning of all maintenance activities\nManage and adjust planning priorities according to a combination of factors such as operational requirements, plant risk, defect analysis, and major event calendar dates\nPrepare job plans to include the logical sequencing of associated tasks, taking into account multi-craft alignment\nMaintain and continuously improve job plans and task lists, through analysis of previous work order history, soliciting planning feedback, performing workplace observations, and field walk downs\nEnsure compliance to all our relevant policies and standards including the management of change (MOC) process and maintenance business processes and provide input into the development of procedures and standards\nBe a key member in the integrated maintenance team, working together with reliability engineers, supply chain management, and operations\nQualifications:\nMechanical trade certificate or diploma in a relevant technical field or equivalent technical or operational experience\nPrevious Extraction / Ore Prep experience is considered an asset\nFive or more years of related working knowledge of maintenance and reliability in fixed plant, utilities or infrastructure\nOne or more years of planning experience working in oil and gas, water processing plant, or a similar industrial environment\nProficient in the Microsoft Office suite of programs \nWorking knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (preferably S4)\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)\nPossess a valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record\nExperience with GWOS, IGS, or other scheduling tools\nExperience with Fieldglass & Ariba\nDeep understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling concepts as well as maintenance practices, performance measures, scheduling tools and techniques\nAbility to read and interpret equipment specifications, engineering drawings, single line diagrams, isometric drawings, charts, tables, and other engineering records\nLocation and Other Key Details:\nYou will work out of our Baseplant location north of Fort McMurray, Alberta\nIf you reside outside of Fort McMurray, relocation of your primary residence to within 60 km of Fort McMurray is mandatory.
