We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills.\nResponsibilities:\nDemonstrates and models purposeful and visible safety leadership\nEnsures compliance with regulatory requirements, EH&S practices and procedures\nUnderstand construction in mining and tailings environments to mitigate risks and hazards in the field\nEnsure that the coordination with regulatory SME takes place, for managed scope, to understand the relevant legislation to the project, and requirements are complied with by both Suncor and contractors\nEnsure management of the Project Legal Registry and RC tool\nEnsure that hazards are assessed and managed through design (including process safety) and construction. Supports hazard reviews during design, for their managed scope\nAssist in the development of the Integrated Project Execution Plan, and manage project work and integrated team members to ensure that the plan is adhered to and is updated\nLocation and other key details:\nThis is an office-based role.
