We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary contact between the Production Unit and the Rotating Engineering team, ensuring clear communication and coordination\nParticipate in daily and weekly Production Unit meetings to support equipment availability and decision-making\nProvide updates and reports to stakeholders on the status of tasks, progress, and any potential concerns or deviations from the plan\nIssue scope of work and inspection recommendations for Outage and routine maintenance activities\nIssue reliability metrics reports for different equipment classes.\nMonitor equipment health, troubleshoot performance and failures, and complete root cause analysis\nComplete equipment wear analysis\nApply a continuous improvement mindset to increase equipment reliability and decrease operating cost\nLocation and other Key details:\nYou will work out of a Syncrude Mildred Lake location in Fort McMurray.\nHours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.\nOur engineering roles follow internal compensation guidelines, and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work.\nThis position is safety sensitive\nThink we are a fit?
