You will lead engineers across React, Java, Spring Boot and Adobe AEM, creating an environment where people can learn, innovate, and perform at their best. Working closely with Product Owners and technology leaders, you will help deliver digital outcomes that support our Digital First strategy.\nWhat you'll do\nLead, coach, develop and mentor a chapter of Full Stack Engineers. \nPartner with Tribe Leads and Product Owners to align engineering capability with current and future delivery needs. \nEstablish and maintain engineering standards, practices and guardrails. \nCreate an inclusive environment where engineers can innovate, experiment and continuously improve. \nSupport workforce planning, recruitment and retention activities. \nCollaborate across technology practices to improve delivery outcomes.\nAccountable for performance management; overseeing, providing feedback, and developing Chapter members to help improve domain and capability knowledge.\nWhat you'll bring\n5+ years’ experience leading engineering teams within complex technology environments. \nProven experience developing, coaching and engaging technology professionals.\nCapability in workforce planning, resource allocation and navigating organisational change. \nStrong technical knowledge across modern full stack development.\nExperience with React, Java, Spring Boot, APIs or Adobe AEM will be highly regarded, but we are keen to also see candidates doing web development using alternate tech stacks.\nPractical knowledge and experience in the application of Agile and Scaled Agile. \nA collaborative leadership style and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.\nWhat You'll Enjoy\nAccess our award-winning Shine platform - your central hub for exclusive perks, wellbeing support, career development, and recognition.
