If you are naturally empathetic and find joy and pride in making a genuine difference, this role is for you!\nThis is a 6-month full-time contract role, based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.\nWhat you’ll do\nBe the primary point of contact for customers who have experienced loss or damage to their caravan, motorhome, or boat\nManage a high-volume claim portfolio in a fast-paced environment\nHandle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently\nEnsure our customers are proactively kept informed with accurate and clear information of claim progression and manage expectations\nAction claims in accordance with customer service expectations and service level agreements\nEffective decision making and problem solving to ensure the best outcome for the customer and the company\nCustomer and Stakeholder complaint resolution\nWhat you’ll bring\nPrior claims experience with portfolio management highly desirable\nHigh level of customer service experience\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal\nActive listening skills\nHigh level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise\nDemonstrated decision making ability and critical thinking\nComputer literacy and experience navigating multiple systems\nAt Suncorp we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued and connected.
