You’ll ensure work is effectively prioritised, governed and delivered to achieve measurable customer, operational, risk and commercial outcomes.\nThrough the leadership of Delivery Leads and close collaboration with business sponsors, Tribe Product Owners and enterprise partners, you’ll improve portfolio transparency, strengthen delivery confidence and embed benefits realisation through to closure and handover.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead the Home Claims Customers delivery performance agenda, ensuring program initiatives achieve measurable customer, risk, operational and commercial outcomes.\nShape initiative scope and value as Product Owner, using critical thinking to test assumptions, manage trade-offs and confirm delivery readiness.\nDrive end-to-end delivery across planning, implementation, business readiness, benefits realisation and sustainable handover into business-as-usual.\nOwn portfolio health, capacity, risks, issues and dependencies, providing early insights and recommendations to support confident senior decision-making.\nIdentify, test and scale innovative delivery practices, digital opportunities and process improvements that simplify execution and improve performance.\nLead and coach a high-performing team of Delivery Leads, balancing demand, capacity and capability development while setting clear accountability for outcomes.\nInfluence Tribe Product Owners, business sponsors and enterprise partners to align priorities, resolve blockers and accelerate customer and business outcomes.\nOversee Action Plans and Audit Actions, applying strong governance, risk discipline and evidence-based closure across the portfolio.\nConnect teams to purpose and create a clear line of sight between customer outcomes, commercial value and priority business outcomes.\nLead complex, cross-functional decisions with accountability, pace and sound judgement, balancing innovation, risk appetite and sustainable performance.\nUse insights, metrics and feedback loops to learn quickly, adapt and clearly communicate performance impacts.\nChallenge existing ways of working, remove barriers and scale digital, data and process improvements.\nBuild trusted enterprise relationships and influence across customer, business, partner, risk and executive forums.\nCreate an inclusive, future-ready environment where diverse thinking, experimentation, wellbeing and high performance are actively supported.\nWhat you’ll bring\nAt least eight years’ experience in financial services, insurance, claims, customer operations, delivery or another regulated environment.\nSignificant experience leading delivery, transformation, governance or operational performance portfolios within a large, regulated organisation.\nA proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage trade-offs and deliver measurable customer, operational, risk and commercial outcomes.\nExperience leading delivery teams, specialist resources or enterprise initiatives in complex, customer-facing environments.\nDemonstrated critical thinking, insight and governance discipline, with the ability to prioritise work, manage risk and improve delivery confidence.\nExperience embedding innovation, continuous improvement and performance discipline across cross-functional, onshore, offshore and partner teams.\nA tertiary qualification in business, project or program management, transformation, technology or a related discipline is desirable.\nYour key capabilities\nYou’ll be an outcome-led leader who can align teams, priorities and delivery effort to measurable results.
