Combining sales, customer engagement and underwriting, this is a rare opportunity to build a career where no two weeks look the same.\nWe're looking 1 person each to join the team in the respective locations, with a start date of 4th November 2026. Full training will be provided, so if you've got the customer focus, sales experience and enthusiasm, we'll give you the tools to succeed.\nWhat you'll be doing\nYou'll split your time between attending motoring events across and supporting customers over the phone.\nYou'll:\nRepresent Shannons at major motoring events, showroom activations and local car club gatherings.\nBuild relationships with motoring enthusiasts and create memorable customer experiences.\nIntroduce customers to our specialist insurance products and generate quality sales leads.\nSupport our Motor Enthusiast Underwriting team by providing tailored insurance solutions over the phone.\nWork closely with our Events, Marketing and Underwriting teams to bring the Shannons brand to life.\nWhat we're looking for\nYou'll thrive in this role if you:\nHave experience in sales, retail, customer service, automotive, events or another customer-facing environment.\nLove meeting new people and building genuine relationships.\nAre confident starting conversations and identifying customer needs.\nHave a genuine interest in cars or the motoring community.\nHold a current unrestricted driver's licence.\nAre happy to travel and work a flexible roster, including weekends, as part of our event calendar.\nWhat you need to know\nThis isn't a traditional Monday to Friday role-and that's part of what makes it so unique.\nYou'll attend around 50+ motoring events each year, including Supercars, Raceway, Cooly Rocks On, Shannons Showroom events and local car club events.\nYour event schedule is planned around six weeks in advance. Event hours can vary depending on the event, with some events requiring attendance from as early as 5:00am through to 5:00pm.
