with a passion to deliver nothing but the best to every customer.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Learning and Development Manager\n\nLocation: Port Harcourt, Rivers\n\nJob Type: Full-Time\n\nSummary\n\n The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, designing e-learning courses, and managing budgets.\n\nResponsibilities for Human Resources Specialist (Learning and Engagement)\n\n Standard Training System Administration\n\n LMDP/SLDP/MUMC and other Leadership Development Courses\n\n QSR Management Trainee Scheme (Induction Training Course + Shift Management Certification Course)\n\n Unit Accountants Induction Training Program\n\n Management In-house Refresher courses (Curriculum development, facilitation, faculty management).\n\n Customer-Centricity Courses\n\n New Training Curriculum design and contents development (Develop Byte-sized video trainings on various refresher topics)\n\n HiPo Development Plan execution.\n\n Approved Training Plan implementation\n\n Developing and recommending the annual training plan and budget as it relates to the identified training needs.\n\n Coordination of the annual Management trainee programme across the company’s brand network\n\n Recommending, planning, and coordinating all approved external and internal trainings.\n\n End to end implementation of ITF training approvals across the business functions.\n\n Development of metrics to determine the extent of learning (Post Learning Evaluation).\n\n Rendering of diverse training reports to the Head of Department\n\n Sourcing for and negotiating with training providers for our workforce across the business.\n\n Driving online trainings which includes Knowledge and Experience Sharing session across the network.\n\n Coordination of the bi-weekly knowledge & experience sharing sessions (KESS) to enhance employee engagement and learning.\n\n Sourcing, engagement, and closing out business transactions with proven training institutes across the globe.\n\n Supervising the entire logistics plan of training delegates and the facility management of the Head office Annex\n\n Performance management (goal setting and objective appraisal) trainings for new participants and refresher for older participants.\n\nQualifications\n\n Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area\n\n 10+ years' of experience working in Human Resources\n\n HR Certification is compulsory (CIPM)\n\n Strong interpersonal and communication
