If you're eager to learn, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a company that promotes from within, we encourage you to apply.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist electricians with the installation of electrical systems and equipment.\nLoad, unload, organize, and transport tools, materials, and equipment throughout the jobsite.\nAssist with conduit installation, wire pulls, cable tray installation, grounding systems, and equipment setup.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nOperate basic hand tools and power tools under the direction of experienced electricians.\nAssist with material handling, inventory, and staging of equipment.\nFollow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and project safety requirements.\nSupport crews with daily construction activities while developing electrical trade skills.\nMaintain positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and trade partners.\nMinimum Job Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nPrevious construction experience preferred but not required.\nStrong work ethic with a willingness to learn the electrical trade.\nAbility to safely use basic hand tools and power tools.\nAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.\nReliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.\nAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nStrong communication skills and positive attitude.\nNote\nJob Description is subject to change at any time and may include other duties as assigned.\nPhysical Requirements\nWork up to 10-12-hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.\nFrequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.\nStand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday.\nClimb ladders, scaffolding, and work from aerial lifts as required.\nWork in confined spaces, uneven terrain, and active construction environments.\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, high-visibility vest, and steel-toed boots.\nSafety Level\nSafety-Sensitive\nNote: Jobs with the Safety-Sensitive designation are those that include tasks or duties that the employer reasonably believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others, such as working around energized electrical systems, operating power tools, material handling equipment, and working in active construction environments.\nAbout Us\nAs a 100% employee-owned contractor, when you work at Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, you're not just joining a company-you're joining a culture.
