Managers, Construction Managers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.\nPrepare weekly and monthly schedule reports and project status updates.\nTrack engineering, procurement, permitting, equipment deliveries, and construction activities.\nMaintain project documentation and scheduling records.\nAssist with project meetings, action items, and follow-up.\nSupport change management, forecasting, and project controls activities.\nPerform other project management duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.\n1-3 years of experience in construction, project management, scheduling, or project controls.\nExperience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling software preferred.\nStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nConstruction, utility, solar, BESS, electrical, or EPC experience
