project stakeholders.\nMonitor project schedules, budgets, labor productivity, and material deliveries.\nEnsure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations.\nTrack project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.\nLead onsite progress meetings and communicate project status, issues, and milestones to leadership.\nReview construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, change orders, and field documentation.\nCoordinate with engineering, procurement, project controls, and commissioning teams.\nResolve construction issues and escalate critical risks affecting schedule, cost, or quality.\nMaintain accurate project records, daily reports, and documentation through project completion and turnover.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.\n5+ years of project management experience in utility-scale solar, renewable energy, or large-scale construction.\nDemonstrated experience managing onsite construction activities for large utility-scale solar projects.\nStrong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor management, and project controls.\nKnowledge of construction safety standards, quality assurance, and field operations.\nExcellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction scheduling or project management software.\nAbility to work full-time onsite and travel or relocate to the assigned project location as required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with utility-scale solar EPC projects from mobilization through commissioning and turnover.\nExperience managing multiple subcontractors and large field teams.\nFamiliarity with electrical infrastructure, civil construction, site grading, and solar installation.\nExperience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling
