Security that flies ahead of every threat.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a practical and organized Logistics & Quality Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team.\nThis is a hands-on role covering stock control, incoming goods inspection, production material preparation, shipping, and day-to-day logistics. The role reports to the Manufacturing Lead and works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and external suppliers.\nDo you have some practical logistics or warehouse experience and experience working with an ERP or inventory-management system?\nYou do not need to be a technical expert from day one - Basic technical understanding, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are more important. We will provide training on our products, inspection methods, and internal processes.\nTasks\nStock & Production Material\nMaintain accurate physical and ERP inventory.\nOrganize the stock room, storage locations, labels, and material identification.\nPerform stock checks and investigate inventory differences.\nPrepare and kit materials for production and replenish production stock.\nIncoming Goods & Quality\nReceive deliveries and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents.\nPerform basic incoming inspection of mechanical, electrical, and other supplied components.\nCarry out visual and simple dimensional checks using drawings, specifications, samples, and measuring tools.\nDocument non-conforming material and coordinate issues with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and suppliers.\nShipping & Final QC\nPrepare customer and supplier shipments.\nPerform final checks before shipment, including quantities, serial numbers, accessories, and documentation.\nPack products and prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and other required documents.\nArrange and track domestic and international shipments with logistics providers.\nInternal Logistics & Process Improvement\nHelp improve material flow from incoming goods through storage, production, and shipment.\nSupport development of simple and reliable stock-room and logistics processes.\nKeep ERP and inventory processes accurate and practical for daily use.\nIdentify recurring logistics problems and help implement improvements as production grows.\nRequirements\nSome practical experience in logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing, production, or a similar environment.\nExperience working with an ERP, MRP, or inventory-management system.\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\nBasic technical understanding and willingness to learn how to read part numbers, BOMs, drawings, and inspection instructions.\nComfortable working hands-on with physical products, components, packaging, and production materials.\nSufficient physical strength to safely lift and carry heavier boxes, components, and production materials as part of normal daily work.\nBasic experience or practical knowledge of using a forklift or similar material-handling equipment is an advantage.\nGood computer skills.\nGood spoken and written English.\nEU/EFTA citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit.\nNice to Have\nForklift licence.\nExperience with Odoo, Aligni, or a similar ERP/MRP system.\nExperience with incoming inspection, quality control, or technical products.\nExperience with international shipping, customs, DHL, FedEx, DSV, or similar logistics providers.\nExperience in hardware, electronics, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or another technical manufacturing environment.\nBasic knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, or multimeters.\nValid driving licence.\nBasic German.\nBenefits\nFlexible working hours with core time from
