This includes DFM/DFA review, production readiness, assembly instructions and SOPs, tooling and test-process support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.\nWe are looking for someone with a strong foundation in manufacturing electronic or electromechanical products, hands-on technical troubleshooting, and practical programming or scripting used in production or test environments. Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, or similarly complex hardware is a plus.\nThis is a Mid / Senior position for someone who can independently take a released design from R&D and make it production-ready.\nYou should be comfortable moving between engineering discussions and the production floor: reviewing a drawing, debugging an electronic assembly or test process, improving a fixture or script, updating an SOP, and helping technicians remove blockers. The goal is to make production more reliable, repeatable, and efficient as we scale.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the transfer of released products, revisions, BOMs, drawings, specifications, and technical data from R&D into production.\nPerform DFM/DFA reviews and identify issues affecting manufacturability, assembly, testing, quality, cost, or cycle time.\nProvide structured manufacturing feedback to mechanical and electrical teams.\nDefine production readiness and ensure engineering changes are correctly implemented on the production floor.\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) and transition prototypes into repeatable production.\nCreate, approve, and continuously maintain assembly instructions, SOPs, test instructions, inspection instructions, and rework procedures.\nEnsure production documentation always matches the latest released product revision.\nProvide day-to-day technical support to technicians and remove process or tooling-related production blockers.\nTroubleshoot assembly, test, fixture, tooling, and configuration issues and drive root-cause resolution.\nWork with R&D when production issues require design, software, test, or documentation changes.\nDevelop, improve, and maintain production fixtures, jigs, test setups, tools, and supporting scripts.\nImprove assembly sequence, workstation layout, standard work, material flow, and production methods.\nReduce rework, waiting time, manual workarounds, process variation, and cycle time.\nApply Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, standard work, visual management, and continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nSeveral years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, production engineering, industrialization, NPI, or a similar role.\nPractical experience manufacturing and troubleshooting electronic or electromechanical products.\nStrong understanding of assembly processes, production tooling, fixtures, testing, and manufacturing documentation.\nAbility to independently review drawings, tolerances, BOMs, specifications, and released engineering data.\nPractical knowledge of DFM/DFA, root-cause analysis, and structured problem solving.\nProgramming or scripting skills sufficient to understand, modify, and debug production or test tools;
