Let's dive right in:\nBe the trusted first point of contact for our UK distribution partners and help them get the most out of our PV, inverter and storage solutions.\nWork closely with Sales to turn partner needs into smooth orders, on-time deliveries and satisfied customers.\nPlan and run training sessions and webinars so distributors and their installers feel confident with our products.\nCoordinate with Service and Logistics teams to resolve partner questions and issues quickly and transparently.\nTrack partner satisfaction and performance, and turn the insights into clear actions for growth.\nShare market feedback with our product and regional teams to help us keep improving.\nYour profile\nAll right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? To fit this role and feel at home with us for a long time, your ideal background looks a lot like this:\nExperience in customer success, account management or technical sales, ideally in solar, energy storage or another technical industry.\nA good understanding of distribution and channel business models in the UK market.\nA natural talent for building relationships, communicating clearly and solving problems with a hands-on attitude.\nConfident presenting and training, both online and in person.\nStrong organisation skills and comfort with CRM tools and reporting.\nEnglish at C1 level or higher; other European languages are a plus.\nWillingness to travel within the UK to visit partners.\nWhy us?\nYou'll join our UK distribution team, where partner success is a shared goal and ideas are welcome from day one.
