Now, to thrive in this role and feel at home for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:\nYou bring 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, including independently leading marketing activities for a local market.\nYou can develop and implement local marketing strategies with minimal supervision and take ownership from day one.\nYou have proven experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns and events.\nYou are confident managing marketing budgets, suppliers and external agencies.\nYou are an organised project manager who keeps multiple priorities on track.\nYou communicate fluently in English (C1 or above), hold a valid driving licence, and are happy to travel across the UK & Ireland.
