You will help ensure that our customers receive responsive, practical, and high-quality support for Sungrow solutions.Manage technical requests through hotline and ticketing systems for distributors, installers, and end users.\nDiagnose product and system issues remotely and coordinate effective solutions with internal technical teams.\nDeliver technical training sessions for distributors and installers on Sungrow PV and ESS solutions.\nSupport on-site troubleshooting and customer visits when required, together with local and regional colleagues.\nCreate and maintain FAQs, technical guidance, training content, and knowledge-base materials.\nPrepare regular service reports and share insights on recurring issues, product performance, and customer needs.\nYour profile\nTo feel comfortable and empowered in this role, you will ideally bring:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Systems, or a comparable field.\nAt least three years of experience in after-sales, technical support, field service, O&M, or a similar technical role.\nGood knowledge of PV, ESS, inverters, power electronics, and electrical troubleshooting.\nExperience with ticketing systems, technical documentation, and customer-facing communication.\nA proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.\nRomanian and English C1; Chinese or another European language is a plus, along with willingness to travel occasionally.\nWhy us?\nThe Distribution Service team is central to the success of Sungrow’s partner ecosystem.
