Let’s dive right in:Lead the successful delivery of a strategic Sungrow project from planning through execution and handover.\nCoordinate project activities with customers, customer project managers, internal teams, contractors, and other key stakeholders.\nBe present on site in the Berlin area at least two to three times per week to ensure close project alignment.\nManage project schedules, risks, quality, costs, documentation, and key milestones in line with PMO standards.\nDrive clear, proactive communication and resolve project-related issues efficiently across internal and external teams.\nTravel up to 50% within Germany to support site activities, customer meetings, and project delivery.\nYour profile\nDegree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, renewable energy, or a comparable technical discipline.\nAt least five years of relevant experience in project management within solar PV, energy storage, power electronics, EPC, or technical infrastructure environments.\nProven experience managing customer contracts and ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, schedules, costs, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.\nExperience coordinating project activities from purchase order through delivery, commissioning, and handover.\nStrong understanding of project planning, risk management, milestone tracking, quality management, reporting, and technical project documentation.\nKnowledge of PV inverters is preferred; experience with energy storage systems is a strong advantage.\nEPC experience, including collaboration with contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams, is preferred.\nConfident stakeholder manager with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nGerman language skills at C1 level and English language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken.\nWillingness to travel up to 50% within Germany.\nAbility to be on site in the Berlin area two to three times per week.\nA valid driving licence is preferred.\nWhy us?\nAt Sungrow, you will contribute directly to the transition toward a more sustainable energy future.
