Let’s dive right in:\nAct as the day-to-day customer contact for asset performance, availability, incidents, warranty topics and regular performance meetings.\nMonitor LTSA and SLA commitments, KPIs, invoicing and payments while identifying contractual risks and opportunities early.\nSupport the development and implementation of European O&M processes, SOPs, templates, reporting standards and KPI frameworks.\nLead country-by-country process roll-outs, including planning, training, go-lives, adoption tracking and corrective actions.\nCoordinate maintenance planning, spare parts, service partners and cross-country initiatives, escalating blockers when needed.\nPrepare reliable performance reporting and dashboards, turning operational data, customer feedback and lessons learned into improvement projects.\nYour profile\nSounds like an exciting challenge? To thrive in this role and enjoy a long-term journey with us, your background could look like this:\nYou hold a degree in engineering, business or a related technical discipline; a project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile is a plus.\nYou bring experience in O&M asset management, process implementation or project delivery within energy, renewables or a comparable technical environment.\nYou have a solid understanding of ESS/BESS technologies, including batteries, PCS/inverters, EMS and grid connection.\nYou understand commercial contracts, warranties, SLAs, penalties and risk allocation, and can confidently assess root cause analyses and SCADA data.\nYou are analytical, structured and commercially minded, with strong planning, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.\nYou communicate confidently in English at C1 level; additional European languages are a plus, and you are willing to travel regularly across Europe.\nWhy us?\nJoin our European O&M team and help shape how Sungrow supports energy storage assets throughout their lifecycle.
