The role serves as a key technical escalation point, ensuring network scalability, security, and alignment with business and IT strategy, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on architecture, security initiatives, and complex infrastructure projects.\nKey activities and responsibilities of the role include:\nContribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable network solutions \nConfigure, administer, and optimize complex network environments using Cisco and Fortinet technologies \nAct as the technical escalation point for complex and critical network issues\nMonitor and manage network performance, availability, and integrity\nProactively identify opportunities to improve network performance, scalability, automation, and operational efficiency\nTroubleshoot on-premises and cloud network issues \nEnsure high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date technical documentation and network diagrams\nParticipate in security assessments and assist in enforcing network security policies\nParticipate in customer workshops, technical reviews, and solution design sessions\nCollaborate closely with enterprise architects, security teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery \nSupport IT/OT network environments where applicable\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. MSc. is considered a plus.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in network engineering, network operations, infrastructure, or IT networking roles\nSolid understanding and strong hands-on expertise on security and networking principles\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, documentation, and problem-solving skills\nExperience in Cisco Call Manager, IT/OT Environments Aruba working experience and Fortinet Certifications is a plus\nKnowledge of industry security and compliance standards is a plus\nExcellent written and verbal knowledge of English.
