As the R&D Engineer, you will contribute to new product development, design production tooling and equipment, and oversee prototype construction, testing and technical documentation. The role is based in Pedino Kilkis, Greece.\n Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:\nParticipates in new product development teams.\nDesigns auxiliary production equipment (such as fixtures, jigs, moulds, etc.).\nOversees and completes prototype construction.\nPerforms all necessary engineering calculations.\nCreates and maintains the required technical specifications in the ERP system.\nConducts technical tests and prepares the relevant reports.\nPrepares all necessary documentation, including manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, reports, assembly instructions, etc.\nCompletes all necessary actions for products requiring certification by third-party bodies.\nContributes to continuous improvement and training activities.\nRequirements\nDegree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design Engineering.\nA relevant postgraduate degree may be considered an additional qualification.\nVery good proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor).\nVery good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nVery good communication skills.\nFluency in spoken and written Greek and English.\nKnowledge of plastics and moulds will be considered an advantage.\nKnowledge of Finite Element Analysis will be considered an advantage.\nBenefits\n What we offer you back\nTo start with, we give you the opportunity to thrive in a restless team and grow your potential in an innovative environment.
