The role manages end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions, while contributing to talent pipelines, recruitment systems and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.\nKey activities and responsibilities of the role include:\nManage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from job briefing and posting through sourcing, interviewing, offer and hiring. \nPartner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and support effective and timely hiring decisions. \nProactively source and engage candidates through appropriate channels and build talent pipelines for current and future needs. \nConduct candidate screening and interviews and coordinate the overall selection process. \nEnsure consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment information within the ATS and support effective use of recruitment tools. \nMonitor recruitment progress and contribute to TA reporting and KPIs. \nSupport Employer Branding, career events, university relations and talent attraction initiatives. \nSupport onboarding and pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. \nCoordinate with external recruitment partners when required. \nContribute ideas and recommendations for the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices. \nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, in Psychology or a related field. Master’s degree in Human Resources is an asset\n2-4 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within an in-house environment. \nFamiliarity with ATS and recruitment platforms; experience with Workable would be an advantage. \nGood understanding of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques. \nStrong communication, interviewing and organizational skills. \nProactive mindset and ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities. \nComfortable working with recruitment data and reporting. \nFluent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek & English. \nBenefits\nTo start with, we give you the opportunity to thrive in a restless team and grow your potential in an innovative environment.
