We value people who are technically strong, team-oriented, curious, and willing to challenge the status quo as technology continues to evolve.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions, including custom development, automation, integrations, and business workflows. \nBuild and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, scheduled processes, and event-driven patterns. \nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. \nTroubleshoot issues across applications, integrations, data, and business processes. \nCollaborate closely with other developers and technical specialists across Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, Five9, web applications, and other business systems. \nParticipate in code reviews, testing, documentation, source control, CI/CD, and release management. \nIdentify opportunities to simplify processes and improve reliability through automation and AI. \nQuickly learn and work with new platforms, tools, and technologies as business needs change. \nOther duties as discussed and assigned.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5+ years of enterprise Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Lightning (LWC/Aura) and Apex. \nStrong experience with Salesforce development, integrations, APIs, automation, and enterprise application architecture. \nExperience designing or supporting system-to-system integrations and data flows. \nStrong software development, troubleshooting, and root-cause-analysis skills. \nAbility to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions. \nExperience with source control, testing, peer review, and modern software-delivery practices. \nStrong communication and collaboration skills. \nCuriosity and adaptability -
