Join us!\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe warehouse associate will be responsible for handling/moving/documenting raw materials, finished goods, and in-bound freight in the warehouse. The warehouse associate will prepare products for shipment for internal and external customers.\nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS\nThe specific minimum competencies needed to perform the essential duties of the job include knowledge, skills, abilities, level of education, and experience necessary for successful performance. These competencies are generally demonstrated through specific service, education, or training.\nKnowledge: Acquired through education, certifications, training, experience.\nMust be familiar with proper packing methods and materials.\n\nExperience with FedEx ship Manager and UPS Worldship required experience with online freight carrier software is desirable.\n\nExperience with scanners is helpful.\n\nSkills & Abilities:\nBasic math and computer skills required.\n\nAttention to detail and being able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nLevel of Experience:\nPrevious warehouse experience in a medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of 2 to 4 years is preferred.\n\n1 year of certifiable experience in operation of stand-up and sit-down forklifts/reach trucks/ pallet jackets for 1 of the open roles required.\n\nLevel of Education:\nMinimum of 2 years of High School education is required.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe core tasks, duties, and responsibilities that must be performed on the job.\nCheck orders picked for accuracy.\n\nPack orders for shipping.\n\nShip products via FedEx, UPS, or Freight carrier.\n\nMaintain a clean and orderly work environment and follow prescribed safety regulations.\n\nFollow all company quality and compliance regulations.\n\nOther duties as required.\n\nOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES\nFocus on achieving our Company mission\n\nDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in daily work; look for ways to improve and promote quality & safety.\n\nInspire the trust of others; treat people with respect and dignity and embrace the value of diversity.\n\nUse time efficiently; perform job accurately, thoroughly, and conserve Company resources to improve profits.\n\nContribute to building and maintaining a positive team environment.\n\nAssure all policies and guidelines are implemented and followed.\n\nQUALITY POLICY\nAt AirLife, Quality is our promise.
