Our services: Sourcing, Procurement, Shipping, Warehousing & Consolidation, Payment Services, Product Development.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Product Marketer\n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\nAs a Product Manager you will oversee the promotion and market development / advertisement of the company's solar fans.\nThe successful candidate will identify sales opportunities, build relationships with retailers and distributors, coordinate product promotions, and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company's presence in major Lagos markets.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPrepare regular reports on market activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.\nIdentify potential customers, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and resellers across major Lagos markets.\nRecommend pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies to improve product competitiveness.\nPlan and execute product advertising and promotional campaigns.\nIdentify new markets and opportunities to expand product distribution across Lagos.\nEnsure the company's solar fans are effectively positioned to attract target customers.\nConduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging market trends.\nCollaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.\nDevelop and implement strategies to promote solar fans and increase sales.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, market traders, and business partners.\nOrganize product demonstrations, field promotions, and other sales-generating activities.\nMonitor product performance, customer feedback, sales trends, and competitor offerings.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\nNumber of new distributors, retailers, and business partnerships established.\nImprovement in product visibility and market penetration.\nCustomer satisfaction and retention.\nExpansion into new markets and retail outlets across Lagos.\nAchievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.\nGrowth in solar fan sales and revenue.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nGood understanding of the Lagos market, particularly major commercial markets and retail distribution channels.\nExperience with solar products, consumer electronics, or home appliances is an advantage.\nA Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.\nWillingness to travel within Lagos for market visits, customer engagement, and product promotions.\n1 – 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales, brand promotion, or a similar role.\nAbility to identify market opportunities and develop practical strategies to increase sales.\nExperience promoting and selling consumer products.\nStrong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.\n\nSalary\n\nN100,000 -
