Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders.\n\nIdentify project risks and roadblocks: Proactively monitor and work with the technical team to provide solutions to keep the engagement on track.\n\nPromote lightweight agile practices: Support the team in using simple, effective agile habits such as ceremonies, visual boards, and feedback loops, to improve predictability and transparency.\n\nRequired Experience\nExperience working with IT or technology teams in an agile environment.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building relationships to influence and drive change.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.\n\nStrong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.\n\nDemonstrated qualities of a strong team player with a proactive mindset.\n\nAgile mindset, with experience performing Scrum Master duties or facilitating agile ceremonies across multiple teams.\n\nAdvanced English level (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.\n\nExperience managing data or software projects, preferably in analytics, ML/AI, or data engineering environments.\n\nComfort with ambiguity and the ability to remain positive, confident, and resourceful in complex or unexpected situations.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate between business and technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate technical challenges and program execution.\n\nPreferred experience\nExperience in cloud platforms (Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.\n\nCertifications such as CSM, PSM, or Agile Project Management are a plus.\n\nUnderstanding of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.\n\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field is preferred.\n\nOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:\nSunnyData is dedicated to building a workforce that reflects the world around us.
