From managing confidential documents to coordinating team experiences, your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure our workplace supports our team's best work.\nListen to the song we made about it: https://suno.com/s/2II3nDj637yNpta9\nWhat You’ll Do\nAdministrative Management:\nProcess and maintain NDAs, waivers, and contracts\n\nServe as onsite coordinator for guests and candidates\n\nHandle incoming/outgoing package shipments\n\nScan and distribute incoming mail to appropriate teams\n\nManage digital and physical filing systems\n\nServe as primary point of contact for vendors and service providers\n\nEstablish and negotiate partnerships with local hotels and vendors\n\nSupport visiting executives and special projects\n\nOffice Operations & Facilities:\nOversee office maintenance and promptly address facility issues\n\nMaintain daily office cleanliness and organization\n\nManage security system including badges and camera monitoring\n\nManage onsite music studio, support partnerships team in hosting artists\n\nProvide plant care and maintenance throughout the office\n\nMonitor and stock food/beverage supplies\n\nCoordinate daily lunch program including setup, service, and cleanup\n\nMaintain office supply inventory\n\nProcess incoming and outgoing mail/packages\n\nManage guest and visitor access, including registration with building security\n\nOversee AV systems setup and troubleshooting\n\nCoordinate device procurement and inventory\n\nTeam Experience:\nPlan and execute team events and activities\n\nCreate a welcoming environment for employees and visitors\n\nSupport office culture initiatives\n\nSupport the talent acquisition team through onsite coordination\n\nSupport new hire onboarding\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n1-2 years of experience in office management or facilities coordination\n\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\n\nExperience managing vendor relationships\n\nProficiency with office management software and digital tools\n\nProblem-solving mindset with ability to work independently\n\nDetail-oriented approach with a proactive attitude\n\nComfort with dynamic environments and changing priorities\n\nA love of music is a huge plus\n\nCompensation:\nThis is an hourly position with a rate of $40-$45 an hour.\nSuno is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
