The candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, enhancing, and maintaining Polarion ALM as the central Requirements Engineering platform supporting R&D teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Polarion ALM applications.\n\n- Design and develop Polarion extensions, plugins, servlets, widgets, and scheduled jobs using Java and the Polarion SDK.\n\n- Configure Polarion workflows, work items, attributes, links, reports, templates, and access permissions.\n\n- Develop custom functionality using JavaScript, Velocity, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX.\n\n- Work with Polarion ALM SOAP APIs, REST APIs, web services, and SDK interfaces.\n\n- Integrate Polarion with enterprise applications such as Azure DevOps, Teamcenter, Quality Center, and Enterprise Architect.\n\n- Evaluate complex technical requirements and propose suitable application architecture and detailed technical designs.\n\n- Troubleshoot application, client-server, database, network, installation, performance, and integration issues.\n\n- Support Polarion installation, configuration, maintenance, version upgrades, patches, and fixes.\n\n- Implement change requests and coordinate planned maintenance and service downtime with stakeholders.\n\n- Support data migration between Requirements Engineering tools, where required.\n\n- Ensure application availability, performance, scalability, security, and usability.\n\n- Follow quality standards, information security requirements, and data privacy regulations.\n\n- Coordinate with vendors and technical support teams to resolve complex issues.\n\n- Participate in service operations and provide on-call support for emergencies, as required.\n\nTech Stack:\n\n- Java / J2EE, Polarion SDK / API, Plugin and Extension Development, Velocity Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, SOAP/REST APIs.\n\nEducation:\n\n- BE/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good written and verbal communication skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.\n\n- Proactive approach to resolving technical issues and improving application services.\n\n- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to
