The ideal candidate will have experience automating server configurations, deploying and troubleshooting PHP applications and .NET APIs, and supporting business-critical applications in controlled enterprise environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, variables, handlers, and Jinja2 templates.\n\n- Automate server configuration and application deployment across Windows Server and enterprise Linux environments.\n\n- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot PHP 7/8 applications, Composer dependencies, REST APIs, .NET Framework, .NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core APIs.\n\n- Configure and maintain IIS, Apache HTTP Server, Nginx, reverse proxies, TLS/SSL bindings, and application pools.\n\n- Support application integration with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases.\n\n- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash/Shell.\n\n- Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or equivalent pipeline platforms.\n\n- Manage deployment artifacts, environment configurations, release approvals, deployment validation, and rollback procedures.\n\n- Support production migrations, cutover activities, rollback planning, and post-migration stabilization.\n\n- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure incidents, analyze logs, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain operational runbooks.\n\n- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, database, development, QA, and application-support teams.\n\n- Follow security best practices for service accounts, secrets management, least privilege, and server hardening.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to application-support and operations teams.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills:\n\n- DevOps & Ansible Automation: 6+ years of overall DevOps experience, 4+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Ansible automation (roles, playbooks, inventories, variables, handlers, Jinja2 templates, YAML).\n\n- Application Deployment & Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting PHP 7/8 applications, REST APIs, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET Core.\n\n- Windows & Linux Administration: Experience administering Windows Server and enterprise Linux environments.\n\n- Web Servers & Application Hosting: Experience with IIS, Apache HTTP Server, Nginx, reverse proxies, TLS/SSL bindings, and application pools.\n\n- Database Technologies: Experience integrating applications with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.\n\n- Scripting & Version Control: Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Git, YAML, and JSON.\n\n- CI/CD & Release Management: Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD platforms.\n\n- Networking & Security: Knowledge of DNS, firewalls, ports, proxies, load balancers, certificates, secrets management, and server hardening.\n\n- Production Operations: Experience supporting business-critical production migrations, incident troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.\n\nEducation & Certifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline;
