components for large-scale enterprise environments.\n\n- Work with SQL, stored procedures, views, and query optimization to build and maintain reliable data-driven applications.\n\n- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent.\n\n- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI development tools and frameworks such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, LangChain, Spring AI, or equivalent to improve coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.\n\n- Critically review and validate AI-generated code and outputs for correctness, performance, security, maintainability, and production readiness.\n\n- Follow responsible AI practices, ensuring appropriate handling of sensitive enterprise data, security, privacy, and AI-generated outputs.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.\n\n- Contribute to technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, production support, and continuous engineering improvements.\n\n- Support applications operating in large-scale enterprise and highly regulated environments, with preference for Payments/CIB platforms.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile :\n\n- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in a large corporate/enterprise environment.\n\n- Strong production experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.\n\n- Minimum 2 years of production-grade Python development with demonstrated project-level usage.\n\n- Strong knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, views, database design, and query optimization.\n\n- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, CI/CD, resiliency, security, and production support.\n\n- Proven professional experience using AI-assisted software development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, Spring AI, LangChain, or equivalent.\n\n- Ability to evaluate, validate, refine, and secure AI-generated code and solutions rather than relying on AI output without review.\n\n- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent CI/CD technologies.\n\n- Experience working in enterprise-scale, regulated, or highly complex technology environments.\n\n- Payments, banking, CIB, financial services, or other regulated-domain experience is highly preferred.\n\n- Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, or PCF is preferred.\n\n- Experience with React or Angular is an added advantage.\n\n- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an
