Overview :\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer with 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong development experience in Dynamics 365 CE, C#/.NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, and Power Platform, along with exposure to Azure-based integrations and DevOps.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.\n\n- Work on modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and Marketing.\n\n- Customize Dynamics 365 tables/entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles.\n\n- Develop C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, and business logic.\n\n- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\n- Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, and security.\n\n- Build solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.\n\n- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, OData, and FetchXML.\n\n- Work with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus for integrations.\n\n- Perform data migration, transformation, and validation activities.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.\n\n- Participate in the complete SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, UAT, and post-go-live support.\n\n- Work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Support deployment and release activities using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nMust-Have Skills :\n\n- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.\n\n- Strong development experience with C# and .NET.\n\n- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Dataverse.\n\n- Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and development.\n\n- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.\n\n- Good understanding of REST APIs, OData, and FetchXML.\n\n- Experience with SQL Server.\n\n- Exposure to Azure services and integrations.\n\n- Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD.\n\n- Good understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Experience with PCF controls.\n\n- Experience with Power BI / SSRS.\n\n- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or MB-210.\n\n- Exposure to Copilot for Dynamics 365 applications.\n\n- Experience with DevOps automation and release management.\n\n- Experience
