This role partners with Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, and the Controller organization to support timely, accurate, SEC-compliant financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.\nWhy Reporting, Technical Accounting, or Accounting Leadership.\nFinancial Close Responsibilities\nOwn assigned close activities and deliverables. \nPrepare complex journal entries. \nAnalyze financial results and investigate variances. \nSupport a five-business-day close. \nGeneral Ledger & Balance Sheet\nPrepare reconciliations and account rollforwards. \nMaintain balance sheet integrity. \nResolve reconciling items timely. \nFinancial Reporting & SEC Support\nPrepare schedules supporting Forms 10-Q and 10-K. \nSupport disclosure tie-outs and management reporting. \nPartner with Technical Accounting on reporting matters. \nAudit & Internal Controls\nPrepare audit schedules. \nExecute SOX controls. \nSupport internal and external audits. \nProcess Improvement\nIdentify automation opportunities. \nImprove close processes. \nMentor Staff Accountants. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting. \nCPA preferred or actively pursuing. \n5-8 years of accounting experience. \nPublic-company accounting experience strongly preferred. \nExperience supporting SEC reporting, PCAOB audits, and SOX. \nStrong U.S. GAAP knowledge. \nPreferred Qualifications\nBig Four experience preferred. \nNetSuite and Workiva experience preferred. \nSuccess Measures\nAccurate and timely close. \nMinimal audit adjustments. \nReliable SEC reporting
