The candidate will create and optimize CNC programs, ensuring high precision for marine and composite manufacturing processes.\nKKey Responsibilities\nDevelop CNC programs for router machines using CAM software (PowerMill preferred).\nGenerate toolpaths, perform simulations, and troubleshoot errors prior to production.\nSupport and operate multi-axis CNC machines.\nOptimize programs for cycle time, material efficiency, and machining quality.\nExecute full machine setup, including tooling, fixtures, and calibration.\nMonitor machining operations and adjust parameters for accuracy and quality.\nPerform routine machine maintenance.\nMaintain clear documentation for revisions and machining processes.\nFollow company safety standards and operational procedures.\nRequirements\n2-5 years of CNC programming experience (router experience preferred).\nAdvanced proficiency in PowerMill for CNC programming.\nIntermediate knowledge of AutoCAD for interpreting technical drawings.\n Working knowledge of Alphacam is an added advantage.\nBasic familiarity with SolidWorks (beneficial).\nStrong ability to read CAD files and engineering drawings.\nBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with 5-axis machining is an advantage.\nExperience with 3-axis and C-axis machining is valuable.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in marine, boat building, composite, or tooling industries.\nKnowledge of 5-axis machining and advanced CAM workflows.\nHands-on CNC machine operation.\nExperience using Alphacam and similar CAM environments.\n Furniture or wood-working
