The right candidate should be hungry to learn, comfortable chasing updates, and ready to be developed into the operational profile Sunreef is looking for.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and follow up on tasks between HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Management.\nTrack open actions, deadlines, pending approvals, internal requests, and department updates.\nPrepare and update reports, trackers, action lists, dashboards, and summaries.\nCollect information from different departments and organize it into clear reports for management.\nFollow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.\nPrepare meeting agendas, minutes of meeting, action points, and follow-up summaries.\nSupport internal projects, recruitment follow-ups, sales support actions, marketing coordination, finance requests, and supply chain updates.\nMaintain clear records of decisions, deadlines, responsibilities, and next steps.\nEscalate delays, missing information, or blocked topics when required.\nAssist the Operations team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.\nHelp improve internal reporting, communication, and follow-up processes.\nRequired Candidate Profile\nRecent graduate or early-career professional.\n1 to 2 years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, business support, executive assistance, project coordination, or a similar role.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.\nMust be willing to work from Ras Al Khaimah.\nMust be available to work 6 days per week.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nConfident and assertive communication style.\nProactive personality with the ability to chase updates and push topics forward.\nStrong willingness to learn and grow within the company.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple departments and priorities.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.\nAble to work independently, take initiative, and follow up without waiting to be reminded.\nPreferred Profile\nExperience in a luxury, hospitality, real estate, automotive, marine, retail, consulting, or international business environment.\nPrevious exposure to reporting, coordination, administration, or management support.\nKnowledge of CRM, ERP, project management tools, or reporting platforms is an advantage.\nAdditional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, or Polish are a plus.\nImportant Application Criteria\nPlease apply only if you meet the following requirements: (If not, automatically disqualified)\nYou are looking for a junior / early-career operations role.\nYou have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.\nYou are willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah.\nYou are available to work 6 days per week.\nYou are energetic, ambitious, proactive, and ready to grow.\nYou are comfortable following up with different departments and pushing tasks forward.\nYou are looking for a role where you can be trained, developed, and shaped into a strong operations profile.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is energetic, sharp, disciplined, and hungry to learn.
