This role is responsible for leading Landscape Foremen and field crews while maintaining accountability for service execution, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.\nThe Production Manager supports daily landscape maintenance operations by supervising crews, managing schedules and resources, and ensuring client expectations are consistently met. A successful Production Manager brings strong field leadership, operational discipline, and a commitment to quality, safety, and client service.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs one of our Production Managers, you will have the following areas of responsibility:\nCrew Leadership & Operations Management \nSupervise and motivate Landscape Foremen and field crews \nManage daily operations and schedules for multiple landscape maintenance crews \nEnsure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards \nAllocate labor, equipment, and materials effectively to optimize resource utilization \nConduct regular site inspections and address operational issues as they arise \nClient Service & Relationship Management \nDeliver and maintain exceptional client relationships through high-quality landscape maintenance service delivery \nSupport a portfolio of commercial landscape clients by ensuring service expectations are met \nCollaborate with Client Relationship Managers to maintain strong client relationships and address concerns promptly \nTeam Development & Performance \nProvide training, mentorship, and operational guidance to Crew Leaders and field staff \nHold teams accountable for service quality, productivity, and professionalism \nTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production progress \nSystems, Safety & Compliance \nUtilize Aspire software to manage crew schedules, logs, and work tickets daily \nEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations \nReport incidents, injuries, and accidents and complete all required documentation \nQualifications & Core Competencies \nMinimum of 3 to 5 years of landscape maintenance experience required, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role \nExperience managing daily operations is preferred \nExperience with Aspire software preferred \nBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred \nStrong ability to prioritize tasks and provide excellent client service \nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills \nAbility to manage multiple crews, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment \nPhysical Requirements \nAbility to stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat for prolonged periods throughout the day \nAbility to use hand tools for extended periods of time \nAbility to lift 30+ pounds multiple times per day in hot temperatures \nAbility to work in extreme weather conditions including heat, high humidity, and rain \nDriver Qualifications\nTo qualify as a Driver, in addition to the above, you must:\nPossess a valid driver’s license issued in the United States for a minimum of three years \nMaintain a clean driving record for at least three years \nSuccessfully pass a drug
