Overview

The Sunrun People (Human Resources) Rotation program is a two-year program designed to grow recent graduates into strategic human resources professionals. The Program allows participants to work on high impact talent projects in the areas of people acquisition, people management, total rewards, people operations, and people business partnering. In addition, the participant may have the opportunity to spend 3-6 months working in a role outside Talent to gain a better understanding of how the business operates.

This role requires you to travel to local branches, sales and corporate offices and retail stores regularly.

Responsibilities

• The program is designed to target projects that align with the participants development goals while meeting business needs
• You’ll be taking responsibility for delivering real projects while working with and learning from professionals who are leaders in their field
• You’ll enjoy accelerated career development, and work in a role in which you are helping to shape talent programs and processes
• Gain exposure to Sunrunner’s throughout the business
• Launch a long term career if your work product, career aspirations and values align with ours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of Generalist or Sr. Generalist experience
• A passion for learning and eagerness for sharing new ideas
• Knowledge on how to research best practices and network with industry leaders
• Ability to analyze data and simplify complex problems
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision and consistently take the initiative to get things done
