Sunrun is the largest dedicated residential solar and storage company in the country and has a mission to bring stably priced resilient power to the masses.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nThe Senior Replenishment Planner owns replenishment planning for a product category, ensuring branch warehouses are positioned to meet near-term installation and service demand. This role proactively manages safety stock rules, communicates risks before they impact the field, and partners cross-functionally to ensure fulfillment runs smoothly. The Senior Replenishment Planner leads by example in customer service, field partnership, and cross-functional problem solving.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nInventory & Replenishment Execution\nOwn replenishment parameters and Oracle logic for an assigned product category, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.\nManage replenishment flows from DCs to branches, balancing service levels with inventory efficiency.\nProactively monitor inventory levels and address imbalances before warehouses raise concerns.\nStockout Prevention & Communication\nLead proactive communication with warehouse teams, install ops, and leadership when risks arise.\nProvide scenario analysis and recommend mitigation strategies when inventory risk emerges.\nPartner with Supply Planners on DC constraints and collaborate on parameter adjustments that impact pull velocity.\nCross-Functional Engagement\nIntegrate with Demand Planners to understand NPIs, volume shifts, and demand assumptions; own initial stocking orders for NPIs.\nPartner with field warehouses, traveling crews, and operations leaders to anticipate local/regional volume changes.\nServe as the primary replenishment contact for branch ops in assigned category.\nContinuous Improvement & Leadership\nMentor Replenishment Planners, sharing best practices in proactive communication and Oracle parameter management.\nLead small process improvement projects to improve MRF handling, replenishment accuracy, or warehouse communication.\nDevelop deeper product knowledge to validate requests, anticipate issues, and connect dots across related products.\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.\n4-7 years of replenishment, planning, or operations experience.\nProficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred), with strong Excel/SQL skills for replenishment analytics.\nExperience with NPIs, safety stock strategies, and inventory risk management.\nExcellent communication and customer-service skills; proven ability to anticipate and resolve field concerns.\nWhy This Role Matters:\nThe Senior Replenishment Planner ensures Sunrun’s replenishment process is proactive, customer-focused, and reliable.
