This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful relationships over the phone, and is passionate about connecting people with life-changing behavioral health services.\nAs an Admissions Coordinator, you will serve as a trusted guide throughout the admissions process, helping prospective clients understand their treatment options while ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support. While this is a sales-focused position with monthly performance goals, our priority is always doing what is best for our clients.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families.\nConduct comprehensive phone screenings to determine eligibility for treatment.\nAssess client needs and guide them through the admissions process.\nCoordinate insurance benefit verification with the billing department.\nArrange transportation and manage all pre-admission logistics.\nProcess client payments and ensure financial information is accurately documented.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation within Salesforce CRM.\nCollaborate with clinical, medical, and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.\nRespond professionally to client concerns and coordinate resolutions with appropriate departments.\nDocument significant client interactions and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.\nProvide aftercare referrals when appropriate.\nMeet or exceed monthly admissions and performance goals.\nAdhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 2 years of inside sales experience (telemarketing, admissions, phone sales, or similar).\nMinimum of 2 years of substance abuse or behavioral health admissions experience.\nStrong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.\nWorking knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.\nDemonstrated commitment to compassionate, ethical client care.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation or experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, or addiction services.\nExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.\nKnowledge of insurance verification and behavioral health treatment programs.\nWhy Sunshine Behavioral Health?\nAt Sunshine Behavioral Health, you'll join a mission-driven organization where every conversation has the potential to change a life.
