The ideal candidate will have experience in management analysis, quality assurance testing, SQL, XML, and technology systems.\nThis is a primarily remote position with occasional onsite requirements in Phoenix.Candidates must currently reside in Arizona.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze existing programs, services, policies, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.\n\nGather business requirements and information from internal stakeholders and external entities.\n\nDevelop and conduct surveys, analyze findings, prepare comprehensive reports, and recommend process improvements.\n\nPresent findings and recommendations to management and coordinate implementation activities.\n\nDevelop, execute, and maintain quality assurance (QA) test plans.\n\nTest and analyze technology systems to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance.\n\nProvide technical assistance and helpdesk support to internal users.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.\n\nManage multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n1-2 years of experience in management analysis or a closely related field.\n\nExperience withXML and Altova XMLSpy.\n\nExperience withSQL and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).\n\nWorking knowledge ofAzure DevOps.\n\nExperience developing and executing quality assurance test plans.\n\nAbility to analyze technology and information systems.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data collection, evaluation, root cause identification, and recommendation development.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in tax administration or supporting tax-related systems.\n\nExperience with Lean principles and continuous process improvement.\n\nExperience supporting public-sector technology or business operations.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nArizona residency is mandatory.Applicants must include their current Arizona city and state on their resume.\n\nMust be available for an in-person interview in Phoenix within one week of being contacted.\n\nMust be able to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.\n\nMust successfully complete a background check.\n\nMust be available for occasional onsite work in Phoenix.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\n$25.00 per hour, W2\n\nWeekly pay\n\nFull-time schedule, 40 hours per week\n\nOne-year contract assignment\n\nPrimarily remote work arrangement\n\nApply Now\nInterested candidates should submit an updated resume highlighting their experience withXMLSpy, SQL Server Management Studio, Azure DevOps, quality assurance testing, and business process analysis.\nPlease ensure your resume clearly lists your current Arizona city and state.
