This is a highly visible, time-critical application development effort delivering secure, scalable, user-centered solutions on the Mendix platform. The position is 100% remote and open to candidates across the US who can work Arizona business hours.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and develop Mendix applications: microflows and nanoflows, domain models, UI components and pages, and integrations/data sources.\nAssist Business Analysts with requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and implementation.\nAnalyze and chart existing business processes; develop and document future-state processes, business rules, and workflow diagrams.\nPrepare UAT test cases and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders; perform data validation and QA within Mendix applications.\nSupport pre-go-live testing and defect resolution; maintain project documentation.\nWork within an Agile/Scrum team, keeping the Scrum Master/PM informed of progress, risks, and action items.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on Low-Code/No-Code platform experience, Mendix strongly preferred.\nAgile/Scrum delivery experience; familiarity with JIRA.\nSQL Server querying, reporting, and diagnostics.\nUnderstanding of PCI compliance standards; automated testing experience.\nStrong documentation and communication skills; public-sector experience a plus.\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
