This role provides advanced database administration, query development, and reporting support for a mission-critical Records Management System, working closely with IT staff and multiple operational bureaus.\nWhat You Will Do\n- Administer and manage SQL Server database permissions for SSRS folder and report access\n- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for operational and analytical reporting\n- Design, build, test, and deploy SSRS reports, ensuring accuracy, security, and performance\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and validate data outputs\n- Troubleshoot SQL queries, report execution, dataset performance, and data integrity issues\n- Document database changes, data workflows, permissions, and report specifications\n- Ensure data handling aligns with security standards and governance processes\nRequired Qualifications\n- Advanced Microsoft SQL Server experience: T-SQL, permissions administration, query optimization\n- Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS): report design, deployment, and management\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and performance\n- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders\n- Understanding of data governance, security best practices, and role-based access control\n- Must be local to the Phoenix area (current city and state on resume)\n- Available for an in-person interview within 1 week;
