Business Development Managers and Inside Sales professionals, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.\nBuild and maintain executive-level customer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.\nDrive business development activities, including prospecting, opportunity management, and strategic account development.\nMaintain a strong understanding of industrial automation, hydraulics, robotics, and engineered solutions and effectively communicate their value to customers.\nDevelop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans for the assigned territory.\nPartner with engineering, marketing, customer support, and operations teams to support customer needs and achieve sales objectives.\nMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the industrial automation sector.\nManage territory resources and budgets to maximize performance and growth.\nExperience, Education and Skills\n5+ years of industrial sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably in industrial automation, controls, motion control, robotics, hydraulics, or industrial distribution.\n2+ years of sales leadership or team management experience.\nDemonstrated success growing revenue, developing strategic customer relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams.\nStrong knowledge of industrial automation products, manufacturing applications, and engineered solutions.\nExcellent leadership, coaching, consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nExperience developing sales forecasts, territory plans, and growth strategies.\nStrong business, financial, and analytical skills.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Automation, Robotics, or a related field preferred.\nRelevant automation
