The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working directly with customers as well as handling physical warehouse responsibilities.\nEssential Functions\nProvide friendly, professional customer service at the Will-Call counter, including entering customer orders, answering product questions, and assisting customers with parts and product selection.\nPull, pick, package, and ship customer orders accurately, efficiently, and cost-effectively.\nReceive, load, unload, organize, and stock inventory while maintaining an accurate and organized warehouse.\nMaintain inventory locations and update product information using the computer inventory system.\nSafely operate a company-owned delivery truck to deliver orders to customers within the assigned service area.\nLoad and secure products for delivery and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.\nProvide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships when interacting with Ryan Herco Flow Solutions customers.\nWork effectively with warehouse, sales, and other team members to ensure a smooth order fulfillment and delivery process.\nFollow company procedures for warehouse safety, material handling, inventory control, and delivery operations.\nQualifications\n1-3 years of warehouse, distribution, order fulfillment, or related experience preferred.\nPrevious driving and delivery experience preferred.\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of customers and coworkers.\nReliable, dependable, and effective communicator.\nStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships at all levels of the organization.\nProfessional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude.\nAbility to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse and delivery position, including lifting, loading, unloading, and moving products.\nKnowledge of PVC fittings, plumbing products, fluid handling, or the plumbing industry is a plus.\nBasic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and order-entry systems.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe successful candidate is someone who takes pride in accuracy, customer service, reliability, and teamwork.
