The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and processing customer requests accurately and professionally. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, account managers, and internal departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.\nEssential Functions\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams.\nHandle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and customer portals promptly and professionally.\nEnter customer orders into the ERP system with a goal of 100% accuracy.\nPrepare and enter quotes into the ERP system or shared directories.\nAssist customers in finding the right components using product catalogs, web-based resources, and internal tools.\nExpedite orders as needed to meet delivery commitments.\nProvide solutions in a team-oriented environment and support outside sales as required (quoting, expediting, customer visits).\nFollow up on quotes and actively support sales development, including up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.\nExperience, Education and Skills\nHigh School Diploma or GED required;
