development hubs.\nTraining location to be in our Denver, CO office\nLearn consultative outside sales, territory management, and customer relationship development\nReceive product and application training from experienced technical and sales professionals\nWork alongside experienced Account Managers during customer visits and joint sales calls\nBuild relationships with new and existing customers and develop product recommendations and technical solutions that improve productivity\nGain hands-on experience with prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing business\nReceive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development throughout the program\nWhat You Will Need\nWe're looking for individuals who are interested in sales, motivated to learn, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a relationship-driven environment.\nDesire a career in outside sales\nAssociate, technical, or bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred\nInternship experience in manufacturing, distribution, engineering, customer service, or sales is a plus\nMechanical curiosity and an interest in learning how industrial systems and equipment work\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nCompetitive mindset, strong work ethic, and desire to succeed in a performance-driven environment\nValid driver's license and ability to travel as needed, including occasional overnight travel\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation: $50,000-$65,000 + incentive during the training
