Relocation for this position will be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.\nWhat is the job about?\nBe responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services. \nProcess customer phone orders, check availability of stock, shipping dates, quote pricing, fill orders to customer specifications, process sales data via computer, and track stock levels.\nMaintains data relative to partners, accounts, and activities, and documents customer interactions. \nIllustrates via technology (i.e. MS Teams, etc.) products and emphasizes salable features.\nPrepares reports of business transactions and related report requests.\nTakes part in continued education and training programs and seminars, offered through and by manufacturers, to obtain and advance product, market and technical knowledge.\nAdditional duties include assisting outside sales staff by preparing price quotes and sourcing product. \nWhat do you need to apply?\nQualified candidates will possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or other technical disciplines or related degrees along with 2+ years of experience in pump inside sales/customer service.\nProfessional inside sales skills including the ability to work independently.\nAbility to develop and deliver via the phone (and in person as required) effective product presentations for all customers.\nExcellent verbal, written communication and data entry skills.\nExcellent PC skills with above average knowledge and use of Microsoft Office application programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)\nGood aptitude for learning and applying new systems and programs \nMust be able to travel up to 50%, if necessary, both domestically and internationally.
