footprint in key industrial markets.\nEssential Functions\nStrategy & Market Leadership\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive safety product strategy and national growth plan across key industrial segments\nBuild a detailed market landscape analysis, including customer segmentation, competitive positioning, and total addressable market\nIdentify and prioritize high-value opportunities to drive revenue and margin growth\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in industrial safety\nLead regular business updates, including weekly cadence calls and quarterly reviews\nProduct Management & Supplier Strategy\nDefine and expand a complete safety product portfolio aligned to customer applications and market demand\nPartner with key suppliers to align product roadmaps, drive innovation, and strengthen go-to-market execution\nIdentify product gaps and solutions required to support capital projects and large-scale opportunities\nBuild and manage strategic supplier relationships to maximize performance and collaboration\nSales Enablement & Growth\nPartner with Regional Managers and Sales Teams to drive pipeline development and close opportunities\nLead sales training, coaching, and targeted planning sessions to improve product knowledge and selling effectiveness\nSupport field teams in solution-based selling-positioning products to solve problems, create value, and displace competitors\nParticipate in joint sales calls, customer visits, and strategic account development\nDevelop and deliver training content, sales tools, and marketing campaign input\nExperience, Education and Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred\nDemonstrated expert level knowledge and experience in industrial safety products, applications, and compliance environments\n6+ years of experience in industrial sales / product management focused on safety products and solutions\n Experience supporting or selling into the mining industry strongly preferred\nProven ability to integrate product, marketing, and sales strategies to drive growth\nDemonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams through collaboration and leadership without authority\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization\nHigh energy,
