Working closely with our Spatial Designers and Creative Directors, you develop three-dimensional concepts that bring brand stories into physical form.\nFor us, visualization is an active part of the design process. You use 3D as a tool to explore ideas, test spatial compositions, communicate atmosphere, and refine concepts from early stages through to realization.\nYour work includes:\nBrand spaces\n\nRetail activations and pop-ups\n\nExhibitions and installations\n\nTemporary structures\n\nSpatial systems\n\nBespoke objects and furniture elements\n\nYou think in space, light, material, proportion and atmosphere. You actively embrace AI-powered tools alongside traditional workflows to accelerate ideation and visualization without compromising design quality. You operate at the intersection of visualization and spatial thinking and transforming abstract ideas into convincing spatial experiences.\nScope of Responsibility\nSpatial Design & Visualization\nDevelop high-quality 3D models and visualizations that communicate design intent with clarity and atmosphere\n\nTranslate sketches, references and early concepts into compelling spatial proposals\n\nBuild environments, objects and spatial systems that feel believable, intentional and visually refined\n\nCreate AI-assisted visualizations and assets to expand creative exploration and workflow efficiency\n\nDesign Development & Refinement\nDevelop concepts into coherent spatial proposals with a strong sense of composition, scale and detail\n\nRefine layouts, furniture and architectural elements while maintaining a consistent design language\n\nBalance conceptual ambition with practical feasibility, safeguarding the core creative idea\n\nCollaboration & Realization\nWork closely with Spatial Designers, Creative Directors and Producers throughout the design process\n\nContribute to client presentations, technical layouts and design documentation\n\nSupport site surveys, prototyping and on-site implementation to ensure the built outcome matches the vision\n\nYour profile\n1-3 years experience in spatial, architectural, interior or experiential design\n\nDegree in Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, Scenography or a related discipline\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating a key eye for composition, atmosphere and spatial storytelling\n\nProficient in SketchUp and Enscape (Rhino and SketchUp Layout are a plus)\n\nCurious about emerging technologies and actively using AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway) in your workflow\n\nBasic understanding of materials, proportion, construction logic and modular design\n\nCurious, detail-oriented and comfortable moving between big ideas and technical execution\n\nFluent in English (German is a plus)\n\nWhat we value\nA strong design eye\n\nCuriosity and experimentation\n\nCraft and attention to detail\n\nSpeed with intention\n\nCollaborative mindset\n\nWhy us?\nWork on internationally visible brand experiences and cultural projects\n\nShape ambitious projects from concept through final realization\n\nHigh creative growth in a
