(Portfolio Manager I, II, III, and Coordinators).\n\nSet clear KPIs tied to production, availability, and financial outcomes.\n\nHold the team accountable for closing gaps—not explaining them.\n\nBuild a culture of urgency, ownership, and first-time-fix execution.\n\nPortfolio Performance Ownership\nOwn portfolio-level PI, availability, reliability, and financial performance.\n\nTranslate underperformance into actionable recovery plans with timelines.\n\nEnsure issues move from identification → root cause → resolution without delay.\n\nEliminate repeat failures through systemic fixes, not temporary patches.\n\nVendor & FSP Enforcement\nHold FSPs accountable to SLAs, performance guarantees, and safety expectations.\n\nDrive escalations aggressively when performance does not meet expectations.\n\nReplace underperforming vendors when necessary.\n\nEnsure all work delivers measurable ROI and production impact.\n\nExecution & Deliverables\nEnsure all work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities are executed with speed and quality.\n\nValidate that completed work actually resolves the issue and improves performance.\n\nOwn delivery of accurate, concise, and outcome-focused reporting to leadership and ownership.\n\nRemove bottlenecks across internal teams, vendors, and processes.\n\nFinancial Ownership\nOwn the financial impact of operational decisions.\n\nEnsure spend is tied directly to production improvement or risk mitigation.\n\nValidate CapEx vs. OpEx decisions with clear ROI justification.\n\nTranslate operational performance into financial results for stakeholders.\n\nCross-FunctionalLeadership\nAlign Asset Management, Engineering, Finance, and O&M execution.\n\nDrive consistency across portfolios while allowing targeted optimization.\n\nLead onboarding and transitions with full operational control from day one\n\nQualifications\nRequired\n\nTen or more years of experience in solar, BESS, or renewable energy operations.\n\nProven leadership experience managing high-performance teams.\n\nDeep expertise in solar and BESS systems, OEMs, warranties, and RMAs.\n\nStrong understanding of PI, availability, and performance drivers.\n\nExperience managing third-party O&M providers at scale.\n\nStrong financial and operational decision-making capability.\n\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.\n\nExperience onboarding and transitioning portfolios from EPCs, owners, or prior O&M providers.\n\nWorking
